Like cilantro, you either love it or hate it. I’m talking Cauliflower!
Personally, I don’t know many people who don’t like Cauliflower, but I’ve seen the loathing online when it comes to this nutritious vegetable! Cauliflower is one of several vegetables in the species Brassica oleracea family which also include broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, collard greens, and kale. The milky, sweet, almost nutty flavor of cauliflower is prime from December through March when it is in season and most plentiful. Raw cauliflower is firm yet a bit spongy in texture.
